Heather Rally and Gavin Garrison of Project Gulf Impact answer these questions and more. Project Gulf Impact began investigating the Gulf Oil Spill in July 2010 to create a documentary that sheds light on the media black out which has surrounded this disaster. What they discovered motivated them to collaborate with locals and scientists to design and implement independent testing protocols, provide accurate information to the public, and advocate for transparency and responsibility from government agencies.
