    It is definitely an awesome oil. I have been using it for about a year. I drink about a TBS a day, I use in salad dressing, pesto, over stemmed veggies, dipping, sauces, etc. Since I am using Pichouline oil I can not buy any other oil elsewhere because there is nothing like the quality, freshness, and test as Pichouline Organic/Biodynamic Olive Oil Locally Grown !
