Air Quality Is a Huge Issue
If you are living in wildfire areas like California, Oregon, and Colorado, you know air quality is a huge issue right now. The amount of smoke in certain areas is crazy and extremely unhealthy for the lungs. It’s quite frankly dangerous, which is why I had to do this post today! This will help!
I live in Southern California and the sky is just filled with smoke. I looked at the sun this morning and it is just a red glow. I am staying in mostly and closing my windows.
