Holistic Nutrition is for your whole body! This means not only your physical body, but your emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. They are all connected and need to be in balance to have great health and wellness. Being a life coach and a holistic nutritionist, I can help you create that balance.

Creating a healthy immune system is essential to having a healthy microbiome (gut) and healthy brain. These two go hand-in-hand. If you have leaky gut (dysbiosis) which is basically an imbalance of the helpful and harmful bacteria, you have a leaky brain. It is estimated that about 80-90% of our US population has some degree of leaky gut There is good news though, it is repairable! Leaky gut causes many different digestive issues and can lead to autoimmune diseases, like cancer, diabetes, thyroid issues, and even Alzheimer’s disease. This is where we start! In repairing your microbiome, there are specific steps you need to take: Remove, Repair, Replenish!  Depending upon the severity of your dysbiosis, it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 12 weeks for most. I will teach you how to do this.

I will discuss how to use food as a powerful tool to prevent or reverse dis-ease.

You will receive recommendations on which supplements to use that may assist you in your wellness.

Create your ideal weight without dieting. Being on a “diet” does not work for most. Let me help you come up with a way of eating, just for you, that will help you be healthy or stay healthy. Eating a diet that is right for you and creating a healthy lifestyle helps you stay energized, and will improve brain function and mental clarity. And, most importantly, will assist you to create a joyful life.
