The Food Integrity Now team talks with Barbara Peterson of Farm Wars.  Barbara created Farm Wars as an educational forum for those who wish to stay informed about the ever increasing bioengineering of our foods, the USDA’s current organic standards and other relevant issues which threaten the integrity of our food. Barbara shares with us that the instability inherent in the DNA of GMOs threatens to spread cross-species and could potentially invade all aspects our global food supply. She also speaks about indoor gardening methods and the importance of buying heirloom seeds.  Her passion for change is evident as she states, “It is time to step up to the plate and fight or lose it all without a whimper. Choose to make a stand and fight. We can make a difference.”
