Sally Fallon, author of Nourishing Traditions and founder of the Weston A. Price Foundation, defies politically correct nutrition. Raw milk, meat, butter and fermented foods are all part of what she considers a wholesome diet. Much of the wisdom our ancestors knew about preparing foods has disappeared with the industrial revolution. Sally spoke with the Food Integrity Now team about the benefits of raw milk and commented on the recent FDA dairy raids. She also discussed the benefits of animal products in the human diet and expressed concern over deficiencies in the vegan diet lacking vitamins B12, A and D.
