Is Your Gut/Brain Ready for Fall?

On Wednesday, August 3, at 5:30pm PT, the Nutrition Support Group will be discussing tips on how to create a healthy immune system and how to maintain your gut/brain health. As we know, negative viruses and bacteria can create dysbiosis, which is an imbalance of the beneficial and not so beneficial bacteria in our gut. The key is to keep it in balance and it is not just about what we eat.

We will be discussing some of the many ways for YOU to heal and keep your gut in balance. Most of your immune system is in your gut and healing it is essential for having that healthy immune system to fight off viruses and bacteria, especially as we move into fall and winter. During the Nutrition Support Group we will offer tips and remedies to make this happen!
