The World Of Supplements – E49
We’ve been talking about nutrient density and bio availability in the soil, but with far from ideal nutrient levels in our food, more than half of Americans take dietary supplements. Much like foods, the nutrients in supplements may or may not be nourishing depending on how or out of what they are manufactured. We talk to John Willard about Willard Water, a supplement that increases the absorption of nutrients from foods and supplements. Later we talk to wellness coach, Jim Wilkin, who answers our question “do the vitamins and minerals in most multivitamins come from food?” Um, no. With so many supplements and multivitamins in health food stores now claiming to be whole food derived, can we expect that they are organic and sourced from non gmo ingredients? Listen and decide.

Sally Fallon and Liz Reitzig on the release of Farmageddon – E46
SWAT type raids with guns aimed at unarmed families on small dairy farms? Confiscation of product and equipment with no proof of contamination, and no compensation for damage and loss? Is it because these dairy farms are just covers for drug operations or weapons stockpiling? Nope. They only produce raw milk. Uh-huh, a food that humanity has been consuming for hundreds of years before pasturization. Whoa now! better bring in the guns, this is dangerous! Or…could it be dangerous to one of the mythologies that industrialized large scale food production is built on? It’s the idea that food in it’s natural state is poisonous, and we must be protected from it. What if more people started drinking raw milk and experienced the health benefits? What, then, might happen to factory style dairy operations? Hmmmm.

Food Integrity Now teams up with Evan Folds, founder of Progress Earth and writer for Maximum Yields and Urban Garden Magazine, to bring you a series on how you can grow your own food in harmony with nature no matter where you live!
GMOs are proliferating our food and chemicals are polluting our soil. Much of the food you buy in the store today is an empty shell devoid of nutrients. This lack of nutrient density provides a very short satiation of hunger and robs the body of it’s necessary nutrition. It is now more important than ever to know how to grow your own food. Designing your garden in alignment with nature increases yields and provides you and your family with a reliable source of nutrient dense food.

Food Integrity Now – Michael Murphy and G. Edward Griffin: New Information on Chemtrails Revealed! – E41
Michael Murphy and G. Edward Griffin, the producers of the controversial documentary, What in the World Are They Spraying? Their film covers “geo-engineering”, which is the artificial manipulation of the environment by governments and corporations for the stated purpose of preventing global warming. Geo-engineers like David Keith theorize that the greenhouse effect can be ameliorated by spraying aerosols of aluminum, barium and strontium from airplanes. These are toxic metals which poison the soils and human health. Many have been noticing that some airplanes leave trails which persist and spread in a manner unlike normal contrails. Murphy and Griffin state that these are not “persistent contrails”, but chemical trails from geo-engineering programs. This topic is gaining attention, listen in to learn about new developments in awareness and pending legislation.
